Mission
The FLI (Future Leaders Initiative) gives the next generation of leaders a voice in shaping our industry.
Mandate
The FLI is tasked by the CFLA Board of Directors to:
- Provide guidance to the next generation of leaders in the asset finance and leasing space
- Promote our industry among students and early-career professionals
- Partner with relevant organizations to connect young people within and beyond our industry
